Terms of services

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my terms :

✧° COMMISSION WORK☾ I may refuse certain requests if I'm not comfortable in drawing it.☾ Wonder if I’m the right person for you to complete your order.☾ You can ask me to edit max 1 detail on your character, more will be an extra.☾ I generally don't deal with multiple orders at once. A waitlist can be created for the extra interested people.
↳ you can look up to your position & your commission’s progress via my Trello link (Home > Waitlist).☾ To best carry out your order, it is essential that you give me references/images of your request. I don’t accept & work with written descriptions.
↳ allowed only to introduce your character.☾ For character design : please provide a moodboard (a sheet full of references pictures related to the design to create) ready to go or mention that I will be free to make the entire design. An important & efficient exchange is demanded during the whole process.☾ I'll send you each WIP by default : sketch, lineart, flat coloring & shading.☾ Once the sketch is approved, I won’t do any changes more after. So please make sure that nothing is missing ! It's the phase where all the last needed instructions are given.☾ I'm in the right to post the commission piece on my socials. However, credits for the character will be given to its owner.✧° PAYMENT☾ Full payment upfront, PAYPAL (USD - EUR) invoice only ! I won’t start the commission until you haven’t paid the full price.☾ Prices may not decrease even if your request is less demanding to complete. Thank you for not trying to negotiate the price.
↳ I'm in the right to increase the prices of my services if I consider that my work's worth is more important.☾ I will contact you in case of any problem. I can also cancel the commission if it’s due to my personal issues and I wouldn't be able to continue. This is the only way where you can be refunded :
↳ sketch step : 75%,
↳ lineart step : 50%,
↳ flat colors step : 15%.☾ No refund, once paid, if the issue is coming from you because I won’t be responsible. You have to be sure that you are able & wanting to pay the right price before commissioning.⚠️ Personal usage only ! Commercial use will cost the base price :
↳ Twitch / Youtube banner : x2
↳ Merch website banner : x3
↳ Business card / items : x4-5 (depending on the product).For a personal usage :you are allowed to :
↳ use the art for a personal leisure purpose (e.g : profile picture/Twitter, Discord banner/wallpaper),
↳ print a single copy of the art (e.g : poster or postcard),
↳ repost the commission piece with my permission + credits.you are not allowed to :
↳ claim the art as your own,
↳ use the art in a platform where you can make profit : (e.g) YouTube, Twitch, even as a banner.
↳ redistribute,
↳ print multiple copies of the piece,
↳ resell the art for any business,
↳ use it for a profit way (e.g : keychains, business card).✧° SOCIAL☾ Please no deadline.☾ Do not rush me in anyway, I’m doing my best to satisfy you & for this I have to work in peaceful conditions.☾ I'm not able to draw everyday so I don’t have plenty of time dedicated to your commission. So don't worry if you don't receive any update from me for a moment. Risu also have a life ˙˚ʚ(´◡`)ɞ˚˙☾ Be gentle & polite !~ If you’re starting to be rude or something to me, I’m in the right to cancel the commission.☾ Serious buyers only ! Do not disappear in the middle of the discussion, please let me know in case of problem or mind changes. If you haven’t replied back (without letting me know of any issue before) within max. 6 days, I‘m in the right to end up the conversation. This situation can happen only if you haven’t paid yet~
